  1. Find a tool to use (string, dental floss, headphone cord, measuring tape if you have it).
  2. Find the length by wrapping it around your neck and marking it (for pendants, imagine the jewelry lower, for suspended, it should be in line).
  3. Check the length against a ruler or lay it out flat and measure with a phone app.

FAQs

Have a question ? We are here to help.

The CUT65MP supports single-phase AC120V 50/60Hz and AC240V 50/60Hz dual voltage, compatible with major U.S. power standards. The machine automatically adapts to the connected power source, making it suitable for outdoor job sites, workshop installations, and mobile maintenance applications.

The output current range varies with input voltage:

  • 120V mode: 20–35A
  • 240V mode: 20–60A

The CUT65MP can cut a variety of metals, including carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, and aluminum.
120V mode: Normal cutting up to 12mm, maximum 15mm
240V mode: Normal cutting up to 20mm, maximum 32mm

For thicker plates, it is recommended to use 50–60 psi air pressure and reduce cutting speed to improve cutting quality.

Gas pressure range: 0.2–0.5 Mpa (29–72 psi).
Recommended operating pressure for standard cutting, gouging, or rust removal: 0.4 Mpa (57.5 psi). Fine adjustment within the range can be made depending on material thickness and working mode.

Answer DescriptionBoth models share identical core specifications and features, including gouging, arc maintenance rust removal, grid cutting, and Bluetooth APP control.

The main difference: CUT65MP comes standard with a CNC interface, enabling connection to automatic CNC cutting tables for both handheld and machine use. This makes it ideal for users who plan to start with manual operation and upgrade to automated production in the future.

The CNC interface allows direct connection to an automatic plasma cutting table for CAD-based automated cutting. It is ideal for batch production, complex shapes, and standardized parts processing.

Even if you currently use the machine manually, the CNC interface provides “future-proof expansion”—you can connect to a CNC system later without buying a new machine. CNC cutting also offers higher precision and stability for mesh or perforated materials compared to manual operation.

Yes, the CUT65MP can cut mesh, grating, patterned plates, and perforated materials. These open-structure materials can cause unstable plasma flow, so proper parameter adjustment is important:

  1. Enable arc maintenance mode to maintain non-contact arc start.
  2. Set output current to 30–40A, air pressure to 0.4 Mpa, and slightly reduce cutting speed.
  3. Keep the torch 3–5mm above the material. Leveraging arc maintenance stability prevents arc interruptions and sparks, improving cutting precision.

The CUT65MP uses a Non-HF (non-high-frequency) arc-start mode, which generates no electromagnetic interference and is compatible with CNC cutting systems. This provides more stable arc starting on rusted or grid plates, protecting both the equipment and consumable parts while improving operational safety and efficiency.

The post-flow function continues gas flow after cutting to clean the cut seam and prevent material oxidation. The post-flow duration automatically adapts to the output current—no manual adjustment is needed. Recommended durations:

  • 20–34A: 5 seconds
  • 35–45A: 8 seconds
  • 46–55A: 10 seconds
This effectively protects the consumable nozzle and improves cutting quality.
