Cancelling an order
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be cancelled and refunded.
Orders that have already shipped
If your order has already shipped, we cannot stop it, but you can refuse the delivery or start a return once it arrives. See Returns & Refunds.
