Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, the packaging and any shipping label. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Arccaptain designs digital welding machines and all our products have passed the test of TÜV & CSA witness laboratory. Warranty details are included in the product description and the documents supplied with your machine.
