Replace Common Torch Consumables

Keep compatible TIG torch consumables nearby for routine maintenance and setup changes, reducing interruptions when installed parts become worn.

The assortment is designed for 17/18/26-series torch configurations and can support the TIG205P Pro's supplied WP-26 torch.

Compatibility note: Not every component is used at the same time. Match each collet, collet body, gas lens, cup, gasket, and O-ring to the WP-26 configuration and selected tungsten diameter before installation.

Setup Guide

How to Use This Kit

  1. Identify the base metal and select a suitable DC TIG process, tungsten diameter, filler metal, and compatible WP-26 torch components.
  2. With input power disconnected, connect the WP-26 TIG torch, work clamp, gas hose, and compatible foot pedal according to the user manual.
  3. Connect a filled 100% argon cylinder with a compatible regulator/flowmeter, then verify gas delivery and the required 120V or 240V power setup.
  4. Select HF DC TIG or Pulse TIG with a supported pedal-control setting, enter suitable parameters, and test on matching scrap material.
  5. Use pedal travel to manage current during the weld while maintaining torch angle, arc length, and filler-rod control.
  6. Inspect the torch between sessions and replace worn parts only with components that match the installed torch configuration and tungsten size.

TIG welding requires additional equipment that is not listed as a kit extra:

  • A filled 100% argon cylinder and compatible regulator/flowmeter
  • Suitable filler metal when required by the joint and welding procedure

  • A properly rated welding helmet, welding gloves, protective clothing, and all other task-appropriate PPE
